Gyoza

Gyoza, also known as Japanese dumplings, are a popular dish that can be found in many restaurants across Japan. The dish is believed to have originated from China, where it is known as jiaozi. It is thought that gyoza were introduced to Japan during the Edo period (1603-1868) by Chinese immigrants who had settled in the Nagasaki area.
